Eat big at Hungry Hippo

Hungry Hippo started as unnamed store at Shell Station along SLEX, back in 1995. From small time business, they start to expand their name and open another store at Shell station along NLEX. The company’s main goal is to serve a delicious and tasty burger for an affordable price.

If burgers and sandwiches are your thing, then Hungry Hippo is a place for you. They serve an affordable and tasty burger meals. Unlike any other fast food chains, the patties here aren’t dry and they have generous servings. They have wide variety of meals to choose from that will baffles you on what meal you’ll try first. They also have rice and pasta meals which is perfect for lunch, breakfast or even dinner.

I love the interior of their store, violet and pink as their theme color and a lot of cute hippos around the store. I like the retro vibes that the color gives to it.

We ordered Chicken bacon melt and Baconburger with cheese. They are both burgers with tomatoes, cheese, and bacon. The only different is that Chicken bacon melt has lettuce and the base patty is chicken, while Baconburger has cucumber and beef as its base patty. I got to try them, they’re both tasty and delish. Solve na solve!:)
