New friends in Tarlakyatan 2013

Meeting new friends has always been on the top of my to-do list whenever traveling or even going somewhere with someone I don’t know. Yes, I’m timid and too shy to talk when you first see me but inside I really want to talk to you even if I sound so random. Anyways, last June 2 we were asked by our Tarlac friends in WISAR to join their organization event which is Tarlakyatan 2013.

Tarlakyatan 2013

Tarlakyatan 2013 is a 3-day event that offers a tour to Tarlac’s different outdoor tourist spots, like Mt. Pinatubo, Anzap Twin Falls and Trail Running in San Jose. It was organized by Tarlac Mountaineering Club. The event was so fun, after visiting those tourist spots, participants will gather at their basecamp where we drink while listening to their band and meet other outdoor enthusiast.

I got to meet different people in that event specially the group of people that I’ve been with during my ANZAP twin falls trip. Those are Jonie, Emer, John, Paul, Bless, Starr, Carmela, Diana, Victor, Camelo and Juric. Saya nila kasama! We called our group “Team Anzap”! Meeting people with the same interest was a luck but meeting people with same humor was EPIC! The whole trip was all laughs and stories. We get along so fast that makes the climb light and fun.

Yes! My corny jokes works on them! I made up a knock knock joke that end up to be our theme song. Haha!

“So I put my Anzap they’re playing my songs, the butterflies fly away” (for the oldies: the song is Party in the USA by Miley C. LOL

(L-R Emer, Camelo, John, Diana, Carmela, Juric, Bless, Jonie, Starr, Paul, Victor)

Thank you Sir Khit, Jordan, Vhin, and Pong for inviting us here in this event. We had fun and we learn something new about Tarlac. The event was a success, we’ll visit Tarlac soon and climb the mountains there.
